ABOUT US - The Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School

Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School, the first ‘Certified Organic’ cooking school in Victoria, Koonwarra, South Gippsland, endeavors to teach organic and sustainable principles.  It is a place where people can re-contact the simplicity of good food and the handling of good food.  We want people to know that organic food is simple and accessible.  Our belief is that whilst we are all focused on 'diets' no one will be focused on the real problems, that our food is full of chemicals and they are making us sick.  We believe that food needs to be de-mystified.  

With the sophistication of eating out, food magazines and the diverse culinary choices available, there tends to be an over complication to compensate for general lack of taste and quality.

Within that people have forgotten how to source really good food and how to cook it at home.  Our produce is harvested and utilised in the Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School's cooking process fresh from our farm, so we are able to showcase a high level of vitality in farm fresh organic produce.  Our Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School cooking library has been established as well as research on chemicals, pesticides and toxicity in food.

Guest Chefs are invited to teach at our Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School regularly providing you with a broad range of culinary styles - so come and join us in our Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School Farm House kitchen.

Simple cooking demonstrations using seasonal produce sourced from our farm and The Organic Fix. Be surprised by our mouthwatering organic wagyu  beef grown on our own farm. Organic light meals are available in our Peaceful Gardens Organic Cooking School Farmhouse Kitchen, homemade bread, scones, tea, coffee and pure hot chocolate - also sweet treats.
