Tina
Collins - Has
been making jam and preserving with Fowlers Vacola for 27 years. Her passion
for wanting her young children to have healthy clean food started her on a
journey as a nurturing cook. This passion soon extended to others. She now
teaches these near forgotten arts in our cooking school and also preserves
and cooks for the label TasteBuds.

Maria
Stuart - Trained
Chef for 25 years. Her firm foundation of family cooking came from her
mother and grandmother who grew up in the bush using traditional recipes.
She has fond memories of the generosity and abundance with every meal. Her
passion is to share what she loves with others.

Collins - Trained
as a primary school teacher, Ebony combines her passion for caring for young
children and her love of eating healthy food, to a beautiful class.

Carolyn
Johns - Documentary
photographer of 30 years. Grew up in rural Victoria on a sheep & wheat
farm. The kitchen was where my family cooked, talked, ate, fought, laughed
and hunted for freshly baked treats. Influenced by my mother who cooked
& cooked & cooked, feeding shearer, after shearer, year after year.

Sherry
Strong - Chef,
Nutritionist. Former Victorian Chair Of Nutrition Australia, Sherry has
shared the stage with Stephanie Alexander, Rosemary Stanton and Jamie Oliver
including regular television appearances. She is a diet hater & food
lover & motivates audiences to make life changing choices by showing
them how easily it can be done.
- Mica
Benito
has been a professional artisan chocolatier for over
seven years in Melbourne: beginning at Lizzy’s Chocolates and moving on to
Cacao in St Kilda. Both Cacao’s and Lizzy’s chocolates have been awarded
several medals, including Gold at the Melbourne Show. Mica continues to be
delighted at the variety and taste possible from fine chocolate, and seeks
to share this joy with others though this class.
